Last thing Yankton needs is in-fighting and picking sides. Whoever can throw the ball consistently and not make crucial mistakes will likely get the most time. If not, just use a 2-QB system, rotate...

Either way, you're looking at a young team. Yankton has only 13 seniors, which Likness said is the fewest they've had since he's been there. On a positive note, they have 24 junior and 30-31...

Sioux Falls and Rapid City Schools, Aberdeen and Brandon Valley make up the 3A class. The rest of the tradition AA, including Spearfish and Harrisburg, are in AA.

Yankton still plays 4 AAA schools, so the Bucks still need to find ways to beat those teams in order to have a strong regular season, and earn a good seed for the AA playoffs. Kind of a double-edged...

Except Pierre has a 2-year starting QB and several other returning, Watertown should be decent and Spearfish and Harrisburg both have decent teams moving up from 11A.

I agree Bleed, he seems like a natural fullback, but with the injuries, might have to switch to a power game with him as the lead back. That's what Iowa had to do last year..
